Pemenang dan penerima Penghargaan Properti Tahunan PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards ke-10 diumumkan Jumat 23 Agustus 2024.
Penyelenggaraan PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards kali ini merayakan satu dekade keunggulan real estate, memberikan penghargaan pada berbagai pencapaian desain dan penghargaan pengembangan properti.
Ada kategori baru diberikan pada PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards ke-10 yaitu Social Impact Award. “Pengembang Indonesia telah membuat terobosan baru di segi arsitektur, desain, dan konstruksinya. Mereka juga menunjukkan bahwa real estate yang berkelanjutan dan bertanggung jawab secara sosial dapat memberikan dampak positif yang bertahan lama bagi masyarakat, ” ujar Jules Kay, General Manager PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards and Events.
Dewan juri independen terdiri dari Vivin Harsanto, senior director and head of advisory at JLL Indonesia; Alex Bayusaputro, founder and managing partner, creative director, Indonesia and Singapore, Genius Loci; Bagus Adikusumo, senior director for office services, PT. Colliers International Indonesia; Cornel B. Juniarto, country managing partner, Hermawan Juniarto Deloitte Legal; Djinadi Gunawan, managing director, PT Meinhardt Indonesia; Doddy A. Tjahjadi, managing director, PTI Architects; Hendra Hartono, CEO, PT. Leads Property Services Indonesia; Lina Gan, founder and editor-in-chief, Indonesia Design; and M. Archica Danisworo, co-founder and design director, PDW Architects.
Wahyu Wibowo, CPA yang bermitra dengan HLB Hadori Sugiarto Adi & Rekan – HLB Indonesia, mengawasi proses seleksi. HLB Hadori Sugiarto Adi & Rekan – HLB Indonesia adalah bagian dari pemenang “2024 Network of the Year” HLB International, jaringan global terkemuka yang terdiri dari firma akuntansi profesional independen dan penasihat bisnis.
